Just very ripe bananas blended with some water and other fruit of your choice. I usually include some frozen fruit to make it a little cooler. A raw diet of fruits and veggies will be the most soothing, nourishing and healing for you. My favorites are banana/blueberry/peach and banana/strawberry made with frozen berries from the garden.
